Design
Tailor-made and personalised, each new product receives the same attention: CAD design with customer logo, colouring and production of a 3D resin prototype are the stages prior to producing a mould, once the shape, material and functionality of the product have been approved.

Prototyping

In constant search of technological improvements, DORLET consolidates its spaces of creation and prototyping. Within its additive resin printing laboratory, there is also a 3D metal fusion printer. This printing process is complemented by a chain of post-processing of surfaces and finishing.
These workshops are now used to develop resin or metal pieces for collections of accessories for clothing or leather goods. From the design to the materialization DORLET guarantees the mastery, flexibility as well as the confidentiality of the project on its French site before going into production.
Quality
The Dorlet Lab has been up and running since 2018 and is the company’s response to quality control and compliance test requirements. It is equipped with a comprehensive range of machines, a climate chamber, an ageing test device, a dynamometer, and washing machine and dryer. In the Dorlet Lab, numerous test protocols can be run, compliant with ISO standards or customer specifications.
